We worked with the team to rebuild the systems behind the site, making it easier for people to find meetings and giving the team better tools to manage the organisation day to day.

Meetings don't always follow a perfect schedule. A recurring meeting might be cancelled for one week, a facilitator might change, or an online session might need different arrangements.

We rebuilt the meeting system so the team can manage those changes without working around the limits of the old site. Behind that, people looking for support get a much clearer way to find available meetings.

All of that work behind the scenes needed to make things easier for the people using the site too. The new meeting finder gives people a clearer way to search for meetings, with map and list views making it easier to find the right option.

The people running SMART Recovery Ireland don't all have the same responsibilities, so they don't all need the same access.

We built staff accounts and permissions around the way the team works, giving administrators, facilitators and content editors the access they need.

Built to be looked after.

Behind the scenes, we also put proper processes around deployment, backups, security and recovery. The aim was to give the team a platform they could rely on, not just a new set of pages.
